Can I pay at boarding?

Yes. You can pay online when booking or at boarding (cash). If you choose to pay at boarding, we confirm your booking and the ride details by e-mail/SMS.

Where do you pick me up from and how do I find out the exact point?

When booking you select the locality. After confirmation, you receive the exact meeting point and the pickup time by e-mail, and if needed by SMS/phone.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 12–24 hours in advance, so that we can guarantee your seat and confirm the pickup from the locality you have chosen.

How many pieces of luggage are included in the price?

As standard: 1 hold bag + 1 hand bag / passenger. For additional or bulky luggage (e.g. sports equipment), please let us know before departure.

How long does the Constanța – Otopeni ride take?

The duration is, on average, 3h 30m – 4h, depending on the route, stops and traffic. The times are indicative and may be adjusted according to the season and the flight schedule.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule the ride at least 24h in advance. For a refund, the company must be informed at least 48h in advance, and the amount is returned in accordance with the terms (within max. 30 days).
