How do I book a private transfer?
You select the route, the date, the number of people and the pickup address. You receive confirmation by e-mail/SMS, plus the driver’s details.
Where does pickup take place and where is the drop-off?
Pickup is door-to-door, in front of the address you indicate. Drop-off is at the airport terminal (departures/arrivals), according to your flight.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For trips from the airport, we can match the pickup to the actual flight time (subject to availability). Please send us your flight number so we can coordinate as well as possible.
Can I make changes or cancel?
Yes. Changes/cancellations can be made by phone or WhatsApp. We recommend letting us know as early as possible so that we can reschedule without extra costs (depending on when the request is made).
What luggage can I bring and is it included in the price?
Standard luggage includes: 1 large bag + 1 piece of hand luggage per person. If you have bulky luggage (ski/snowboard equipment, a pushchair, several suitcases), please mention it when booking so that we can allocate the right vehicle.
