Where is the pickup and where is the drop-off?

Pickup is door-to-door, right at the address you provide. Drop-off is at the airport terminal (departures/arrivals), according to your flight.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

In the case of airport pickups, we can adjust the pickup time to match your actual flight time (subject to availability). Please send us your flight number for the best possible coordination.

Can I make changes or cancel?

Yes. Changes/cancellations can be made by phone or WhatsApp. We recommend notifying us as early as possible so we can reschedule without extra costs (depending on when the request is made).

What luggage can I bring, and is it included in the price?

Standard luggage allowance: 1 large bag + 1 hand bag/carry-on per person. If you have bulky items (ski/snowboard gear, a stroller, multiple suitcases), please mention this when booking so we can assign the right vehicle.
